Singapore - S'pore ranked as world's 'most emotionless society'

SINGAPORE - Singapore has come in tops as the most emotionless society in the world, ahead of Georgia, Lithuania and Russia, according to a Gallup poll cited in a recent Bloomberg Businessweek report.

The survey conducted in over 140 countries had asked questions such as: "Did you smile or laugh a lot yesterday?". Only 36 per cent of Singaporeans responded affirmatively to either the positive or the negative questions.
