While in Aceh, Bengkulu, Yogyakarta, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan and Central Sulawesi and West Nusa Tenggara there is only one divorce case. “For the other provinces in addition to the above there were no cases of divorce due to political views. Jakarta is also not there,” described the Supreme Court.
Look at the statistics in 2009 when the General Election and Presidential elections take place. In that year, 402 cases of divorce occurs. While in 2010, when the political situation back to normal, then the politics of divorce decreased to 334 cases.
