Ho Duc Viet, former head of the Party Central Committee, told the seminar held in Hanoi on September 6 that Vietnam still doesn’t have specific goals, programs and strategies when it comes to finding out, training and employing talented people.
The government should pay more attention to talented students in high schools and universities, he said, adding that many talented people haven’t been offered important positions.
Vu Ngoc Hoang, Deputy Permanent Head of the Party Central Committee, agreed.
He said that the government should develop policies to make use of talents.
