Vietnam - VDB's nineteen branches stopped from joining interbank payment system

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on February 8, 2012 issued an Office Document announcing members to stop joining the interbank payment system.

Accordingly, these members include 19 branches of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) in Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An, Gia Lai, Dong Thap, An Giang, Vinh Long, Ben Tre and Can Tho.

Time to stop participating in the interbank payment system of these branches is from February 13, 2012.
