I would want to apologize since we disappeared from the Web for a few days. Two of our computers crashed at the same time; the hard disk of a newly bought HP ProBook died after three tentatives of intrusion while the BIOS of a Nec laptop was destroyed.
All the computers were correctly protected by updated antivirus programs and strong firewall.
I am not paranoid enough for thinking of a cyber-attack and I don't see any obvious connection with the Vietnamese Internet censorship currently officially reinforced.
Talking about the censorship and with our personal concern, the situation in Hanoi is the following:
1) Blogger (Blogspot): One can write and post while the dashboard became fully accessible again (during the past days, we couldn't access to the statistics and to the audience), but, we cannot open the blog (View)!
Concerning www.yourviet.blogspot.com, many of our readers understood that it is a kind of "backup" of news for further writing, describing accurately the very exciting moves with ASEAN and AEC 2015. All our posts are the exact reproduction of press articles well referenced and without (for now) any comment, reminding that we are guests in Vietnam.
I feel a bit sad since YourViet aims to improve the awareness of "young and less" people about essential economic structures: ASEAN, AEC, ASEAN +3, TPG, APEC, ASEM, etc. The access for Vietnamese readers si now forbidden (or complicated).
Concerning www.iims-asean.blogspot.com and its 10 satellites (one for each country of ASEAN), all still under construction but available for reading, following similar objectives (Integration, ASEAN, AEC, Globalization) we focus our areas of expertise: Health care, Life Sciences, and Higher Education.
The selected posts include as often as possible videos and podcasts allowing the readers a training and hopefully becoming more familiar with the Scientific English Language.
While Vietnamese people cannot access the blog, Chinese and Russian readers, for instance, already installed alert systems and robots on the site...
2) Concerning Facebook: We experience a curious evolution in Hanoi; while FB was totally censored, now the full censorship is still present but from 4 AM to 1 PM; then one can access easily to the site as well as all connected other sites.

PS: BTW, since some people are still confused with my identity while my ID is exposed in each of our blogs with a transparency as equal as my integrity, so TOTAL; on another hand, I remind that I am a French citizen, born in Paris and without any Asian blood in my veins, but I became a long time ago a citizen of the world and a lover of South East Asia.
