HealthPartners Pte Ltd' to 'The Farrer Park Company Pte Ltd' is part of the
company's ongoing efforts to tie all present and future Farrer Park facilities
under one clear identity moving forward.

Pte Ltd, formerly known as Singapore HealthPartners Pte Ltd, will be known
as the developer of Connexion at Farrer Park, the region's first ever
integrated healthcare and hospitality complex comprising Farrer Park Medical
Centre, a premier specialist medical centre; Farrer Park Hospital, a private
tertiary hospital; and, One Farrer, a luxury hotel with state-of-the-art
wellness and conference facilities.

company, including the development and construction of Connexion at Farrer
Park.

Singapore Tourism Board, where she developed and implemented healthcare
marketing, branding, and communications strategies to attract international

The change of company name will have no effect
on the company's operations and on the development and construction of
Connexion at Farrer Park.
